Why I Love Operations


I’m always looking to learn something new. Beyond customer operations, I’ve also built up experience in marketing and compliance. I’ve used tools like Klaviyo, Instantly, Flodesk, and Mailchimp to run successful campaigns and A/B tests, and I've written and edited copy for websites, email campaigns, social media, and print materials. My 3+ years in fintech compliance also means I keep security top-of-mind and know how to dig into data for insights.
